This document governs the access to and use of the website www.powerflowsuite.com, including all its subdomains, services, digital products, software, indicators, content, tools, subscriptions, educational materials, and licenses (collectively, the “Services”), owned and operated by PowerFlowSuite.

By accessing, browsing, registering, or purchasing any product or service from this website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as by our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclaimer, Legal Disclaimer, and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and its services.

2. Purpose of the Website

PowerFlowSuite provides:

6. Software License

Upon purchase, users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and indicators for personal use only.

Redistribution, resale, modification, reverse engineering, or sharing of license credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.

7. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Use the services lawfully.

  • Refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or malicious activity.

  • Not interfere with platform performance or security.

PowerFlowSuite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if misuse is detected.

8. Identity Verification

To prevent fraud and protect the community, PowerFlowSuite may require identity verification, including government-issued identification and biometric validation (selfie verification).

Failure to comply may result in account suspension without refund.

9. Comments and Community Behavior

Users may submit comments or participate in community features. Offensive, abusive, misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate content will be removed.

PowerFlowSuite reserves the right to permanently ban users who violate these standards.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing any purchase, you expressly waive your right to chargebacks, disputes, and refund claims.

Before purchasing, users are encouraged to contact support to resolve any questions.

11. Limitation of Liability

PowerFlowSuite shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its services.

Users assume full responsibility for their trading activities and outcomes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Binding Arbitration & Waiver of Class Action

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or use of PowerFlowSuite services shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

The arbitration shall take place in Virginia, United States, and shall be conducted in English.

You expressly waive the right to:

  • Trial by jury

  • Participate in class-action lawsuits

  • Join collective legal claims

14. Modifications

PowerFlowSuite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

PowerFlowGEX Terms of Use

By creating an account and using PowerFlow GEX (“the indicator”, “the platform”), you agree to the following terms.

1. What is PowerFlow GEX

PowerFlow GEX is an options data visualization tool (gamma exposure, interest levels) for NinjaTrader 8, for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial advice, does not constitute an investment recommendation, and does not generate trading signals. See the full disclaimer at the bottom of the platform.

PowerFlow GEX , PowerFlow GEX 0DTE and gex.powerflowsuite.com are property of powerflowsuite.com .

2. Your account

  • You must authenticate with a real Google account and confirm your identity with a security key (fingerprint, Windows Hello, or another WebAuthn-compatible method) in each session.
  • You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and your authentication device.
  • The indicator can only be authorized on one device at a time . Linking a new device automatically deauthorizes the previous one.

3. Permitted Use

  • Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account or attempting to link the same device to multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits is prohibited.
  • It is not permitted to decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or modify the indicator or its code.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and templates

The free plan includes up to 2 saved configuration templates per account. We may introduce paid plans in the future, with terms and conditions that will be communicated in due course.

5. Availability and changes

The platform may be subject to interruptions, maintenance, or changes without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absolute accuracy of the data displayed.

6. Free service and change to paid mode

PowerFlow GEX is currently offered free of charge . Because it is a free service, we may suspend it, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice , for any reason—including, but not limited to, a change to a paid service model. If the service becomes a paid service:

  • The service is suspended for accounts that do not subscribe to the corresponding payment plan.
  • To continue using the platform, you will need to subscribe to the service.
  • Your templates and other configuration data will be retained for 3 months from the suspension.
  • If you do not subscribe to the service within that 3-month period, your templates and associated configuration data will be permanently deleted .

7. Limitation of liability

PowerFlow GEX is offered “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from the use of the information displayed by the indicator. All trading decisions are the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the platform after a change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
