Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we maintain a strict refund policy.

1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy

All purchases of:

  • Software licenses

  • Trading indicators

  • Tools

  • Digital courses

  • Subscriptions

  • Downloadable content

are final and non-refundable.

Once access is granted or the product is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment due to system error.

  • Technical malfunction that permanently prevents product usage and cannot be resolved.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of access

  • License termination

  • Permanent account ban

We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
However, no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

Access remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
